Chris Palombo brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the insulation industry, having built his career from the ground up. Starting as an installer with Thermal Solutions, Chris quickly advanced through the ranks—becoming a Supervisor and then Manager of Programming and Operations for the Housing Insulation division.
His deep industry knowledge, combined with a passion for delivering high-quality work, has earned him a reputation for precision and reliability. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Chris founded his own business, built on strong values, proven experience, and a relentless pursuit of perfection on every project.
Glenn Hoggan
Admin Manager / Partner
With over two decades of hands-on experience in the insulation industry, Glenn brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and operational expertise to the Insulhome team. His journey began with the humble beginnings of a two-man startup, where he co-founded Thermal Solutions (Qld). Over the course of eight years, Glenn played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a large-scale insulation supply and installation business, establishing a strong reputation for reliability and quality service in the industry.
At Insulhome, Glenn now focuses on the financial and operations of the company, ensuring that systems run smoothly behind the scenes. He oversees finance, compliance, strategic planning, and administrative functions, helping to drive efficiency and long-term sustainability. His broad industry insight enables informed, strategic decision-making and supports the team in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
